Get to know the writer:

  What is your screenplay about?

A young homeless thief accidentally acquires the powers of Heaven when he steals from a rogue angel. He must learn the responsibility of weilding such power while being hunted by the rogue. Fortunately, he has help.

What genres does your screenplay fall under?

Action adventure
Superhero/comic book

Why should this screenplay be made into a movie?

Even with the glut of Marvel and DC films, Seraphim Rising stands out with its theological (but never heavy-handed) overtones. Additionally, the protagonist is a child and to see a child’s idea of what to do with super powers is more interesting than an adult.

How would you describe this script in two words?

Angelic super action

What movie have you seen the most times in your life?

Fight Club

How long have you been working on this screenplay?

2 years

How many stories have you written?

Over 10

What is your favorite song? (Or, what song have you listened to the most times in your life?)

Not sure. But favorite musical artist is Rise Against, bar none.

What obstacles did you face to finish this screenplay?

Trying not to make it preachy and thus more accessible.

Apart from writing, what else are you passionate about?

Board games, movies, comics
